They are a lot tastier than ice-cream in a cup, but you have to eat them a whole lot faster! Helps a little if you drop a whopper or some other large found candy in the cone first, prevents it from leaking out the bottom at least.

That's been my experience with what I get. It's a little icecream shop that opened up some time ago. They tend to use a natural cream which these rednecks aren't really used to, as they get their source from Wal-Mart.
