A few views of the first model I tried to make in Sculptris, and of course, it just had to be Chibity didn't it?
I don't think I could ever set a foot back into something like Spore after trying this program. Better than anything else, its entirely free. It was extremely taxing on my computer during the painting process, however 3: So even though I tried, and did paint it, it was very... pixelated? And slow. I just don't think my graphics card could handle it.
Anyways, enjoy! I hope this'll be a great reference for her exact proportions and expression in case anyone happens to need them.
I'm no 3D modelist though, so please be kind on criticisms.

Very nice try and especially for your first 3D work. Mine was just a sphere with a cube coming off of it XD. I'd really like to see more from you. Also this is just a preference thing, but I find it easier to model something first (in a 3D modeling program like Blender or Maya), then go into sculptris to sculpt in some details and touch some stuff up, and lastly to go back into the 3D modeling program to add stuff like fur and to do the final render. I hope that helps :D
Thanks for the tip ^^
I've never used Maya or Blender fully, but I'm pretty sure I opened up one or the other before and just as quickly closed it because I couldn't figure anything out. With Sculptris, I knew what I was doing in 5 seconds, it was just 'bam', instinctual and fluid. Certainly I could always go back to Maya/Blender and try to figure them out with some tutorials, but right now I'm still hesitant. Maybe someday when I have more of an interest for this kind of thing.

wow! very cool!
the fur looks like it took a lot of time, and turned out really nicely on the underside of the tail :3
the only thing that i think could really be fixed, is that the bell seems to float off his body, instead of hang
*shrugs* but it's pretty minor, compared to the work you put into chibity!
