The Lakitu begins telling Wendy that that was the only place they could land or else the airship would sink. So they have to walk about a mile to get to the secluded beach. She then yells at him about 2/3 of the ship being a boat and being made to walk a mile. So she steals his cloud and had him carry her luggage to the aptly named beach.

From here it would have continued with 1 Squirtle having decided to make that bay it's home (hence the name), Wenday trashing the beach, Nude Sunbathing, Pointless Violence, Perverted sea life, Visual gags, Excessive violence, a Blastoise, Theft of a shell, Chase Sequence, the other Koopas arriving via an Anonimous Email. Then the pages kina pick up there with more violence and a hard on.
