Concept for a character who's been bouncing around in my head for years now. His name is Sebastian and he's a betta fish. FISH ANTHRO YEAHHHH.
He's kind of a toolbox. And a hipster. He plays the drums and stuff.
Is it bad that I find his design very aesthetically pleasing? Helpppp I like hipsters ;.;
