Hm.
I don't understand why people would be upset about this kinda thing? I mean, as long as you arent making fun of sacred religious figures or deities, why would anyone get upset about your book? o_O
That said, if you DID make fun of sacred figures as such, I guess I could understand. I might have to check your book out sometime. X3

Gotta be careful with peoples' spiritual idols. Insulting that sorta thing is worse than insulting the person's mother usually. Not to say that they do not love their mothers, but in lots of cases spirituality is above even family (though by how much does tend to differ.) x3; Otherwise you might just make a few people angry and while you interpret their upsettedness as being butthurt, you've really sparked the flames of religious fury.
