It's either whiskers, or Naruto markings.
Either way, I hadn't entirely noticed them until now on the character sheet.

Yeah, those marks on Roxy's face...originally, they were meant to be whiskers, but the way they got drawn made them look more and more like Naruto-type markings over time. At some point, they dissappeared entirely, becoming just the ends of her hair (which I think actually looks better). :) Check out this very recent picture of Roxy by Xenokurisu: http://shadowoflight01.deviantart.com/#/d48ddxm :)

My characters tend to be open to interpretation.
I'm a writer, I let people's imagination do the work for me.
If you look at the art of Anahuyu Izimori from and you'll notice that they aren't quite the same, despite being drawn from the same description.

Which is cool. I like to see how my descriptions are interpreted.
