Here are some scribbles I did while playing in my pathfinder game. The giant mech thing is my take on mechanized warriors. just doodling with a pen to try to establish something cool.
The human with long hair is my Cavalier from Pathfinder. He picked up a haunted axe to kill the ghost that previously owned it. I made a comment along the lines of "Swinging 'dat axe again" or somerhing like that.
Then I was just doodling weapons x3.

I'd love to see the Steamjack fleshed out more and turned into a proper, mecha-like Warforged Battleforged. also, stunner shades? really? c'mon. lastly, draw a big page of weapons. just weapons, all types makes and models: ornate designs, interesting mechanical features (auto-loading x-bows, spears with extending handles, warhammers with a hidden flask for the dwarves, et al)
They're actually gonna be part of a class eventually.
no idea what I'm going to call them, but they're basically guys with mentally controlled war mechs that protect them. They themselves are physically weak and sort of useless in combat, but their mech is a combat monster.

no need to copy it, but if you've got the Iron Kingdoms 3.5 suppliment, look up Steamjacks
basically, they're steam powered warforged that constantly require fuel. nevermind the fluff surrounding them, the designs are pretty neato and you might get a bit of inspirado from them.
