My new character, yay!

Solanum Dulcamara, named for blue bindweed AKA bitter nightshade, is a striped hyaena. He's something between a doctor and a shaman, combining traditional, spiritual remedies with modern medicine. However, unlike most doctors, he cares more about money than helping creatures. Being a scavenger, he is not above devouring bodies of those he could not or would not help.

Solanum, AKA Sol or Doc, is well-travelled, fluent in four languages, and knowledgeable, but often feigns ignorance when faced with those he refers to as 'uppity city beasts'. He detests Westernized civilization and pines for the open savannahs of his native Africa.

His eyes are often a luminous pink, but glow a bright green when he is focused on his duties or summoning his ancestors.

He is a feral, but has thumbs on his forepaws and often rears onto his hind legs in envy of more humanoid creatures.
