Class: Stopmotion Animation
Prompt: Create a silhouette animation 30 seconds to a minute long
Materials: thick paper (sorry don't know the weight), tracing paper, thick string
Comments: This is my unicorn silhouette for my stopmotion animation Pure. She has 17 points of articulation. I realized after my test animation that I didn't like her profile view with just two legs so I made her back two legs later on which is why those hooves have less pretty tufts of fur (yay laziness). She's based off of the Peter S. Beagle unicorn, I really hate unicorns that are just horses with horns stuck on their head. She's not quite perfect, but I'm very happy with her.

Excuse the horrid picture. After working on the animation all day I was sick of lining up the stupid tree lol.

I made the tree as well. The bunches of leaves are done using the "folded paper snowflake" method.
