Ashley drew this for me after I finished watching her DVD of the second season of Ranma 1/2. She asked me if I liked the idea of her and me Cosplaying sometime as the two and I thought it was a great idea. As I'd love to be able to cosplay us as a couple and I thought that Mousse and Shampoo's relationship would allow for a lot of improv cosplay acting.
Either way I wanted to show off how wonderful she is when she does things like this for me. I have to say she looks nice and sexy in this picture just like she does in every picture, don't ya'll agree? Of course ya do.

You actually posted this. *smiles* I want to 'fave' this but that feels really shallow to me, 'fave-ing' my own artwork I gave to you... *smirks* Either way, we REALLY do need to look into this idea. I know some cosplay folkes we could probably get to work on the outfits for us, and there certainly are no shortage of anime cons to hit up, love. Us as Mousse and Shampoo would be awesome!

It might be shallow but I think someone needs to favorite it considering how great it is.
I agree that we should definitly cosplay together as them. Full costume and all. I'd be more then happy to pay for the outfits as well if I wasn't trying so much to save to move in with you.
We would be awesome as Mousse and Shampoo. I thought about about finding a Ranma and setting up a fight scene where I could try fight for you! "Saotome! I'm here to win Shampoo back from you and this time your defeat is certain! She will be mine!". And you can take my glasses and I could keep trying to woe you, while I'm hitting on random plants, wall, and people. There are so many things we can do to randomly act in character. And even me making out with you can be in character! heheheh. I'm all for this cosplay just like you and want to do it.

Well, I'm not so worried about "faves" love. You know that's not why I drew those for you. Besides, people as a whole tend to "fave" some of the most ridiculous things on this site, anyways, so it's a kind of silly thing to be concerned about. Like wanting to win a popularity contst with total strangers who you don't know and probably won't even like.
Now as to cosplay- Well, last time we had a cosplay party wherein our theme was a Ranma 1/2 the group 'Mousse' made his own glasses with actual bottoms from coke bottle into home-made frames. From what I understan the poor bastard literally could barely make out much at all. I'm sure we could find some suitable substitute, barring those.

I agree you shouldn't be concerned with it love as popularity contests are completely retarded. But I'm just saying that you deserve respect for your great work. Your not doing anything for fame or favorites but I still think you deserve it for your great work. Like Beethoven.
With the glasses I'd rather stay with my glasses then go with coke bottles. I understand it wouldn't look right but he is suppose to actually be able to see with them on. And look attractive with them off. I've also been thinking about ways to have hidden weapons. Though I probably would be limited to toys with that.

Well... Thank you for that baby, but I'm fine. As with any gift I give the recipient being happy and grateful is enough for me.
As for Mousse' arsenal, depends on how big you make the sleeves of his Gi top. As he wears them mandarin style they are supposed to be VERY oversized, so if you wanted to really go for the gusto, I'd say just following the blueprints for the explanation behind Hsien Ko's 'Iggyo Tenshin No Jutsu' weapons up her sleeves in the Darkstalkers series. Capcom has several art shots of the weapons rack she has in her hands under the sleeves, and for Mousse it would be accomplished roughly the same. To construct it from Balsa wood wouldn't be too difficult, the weapons could be the same, just painted wood, light weight, con-safe and good to go...

You've got that from me and more. My heart rests with you after all I was happy to see that you liked the idea as much as I did. I even re-watched several Mousse heavy episodes in English while you slept to do some character study.
And yes I'd like to do the full deal if possible. Because I love big baggy sleeves and I'd just feel like I half assed it otherwise. I'd need to see the explanations your talking about so I can help make them. I wasn't sure all the different places I could keep them or how I could. I'm sure you'll be on top of it all though Ashley and know exactly what we need and what we shall do. I do also wonder how much it will end up weighing though. I can't wait until we get this all together! And I wonder if we'll be able to get the love potion bracelet for your outfit like in the picture.
