(When the game was about to be released) Me and a friend of mines were looking at some images of Castlevania: Lament of Innocence and he was disgusted on how Leon Belmont looked...
So he put the "I'm so gay, you'll pay!" quote under one of the pics and hilarity was ensued...! To this day, it brings me a smile...
So for Castlevania's 25th anniversary, I drew this commemorating 25 years, an awesome Belmont, and a inside joke that was wrong, but funny!

It sadens me that Konami didn't do anything special for Castlevania's 25th anniversary, it feels like they don't care about the series as much as they used to, and they should, it was one of their oldest and strongest series. I know they released Harmony of Despair on the PSN but that just seems like a cheap excuse to not celebrate it. There was me hoping for remastered versions of the NES trilogy. v.v
After what happened to Castlevania: Lords of Shadows and Castlevania Judgement, I had a strong suspicion that Castlevania either needed a big break, or those were the last titles before the milk completely ran dry...
Then again, some companies SOMETIMES celebrates 25th, but they do well on the 20th and 30th. so here's to hoping that they just need 5 more years to get the recognition it deserves!
