The commissioner wanted an extra-long/sharp Horn and is going to be putting him in armor, based on the fanfic "One Last Quest" (which is really fun, you should give it a read). They wanted fluffier hair than nylon. Here he has his first hair cut (Very happy with the Bangs). needs a final cut on the mane after I chat with the person who wanted him. Will go in scraps.
