He's the able-bodied assisstant to Inventor Guy. He and Inventor Guy save Anne and Roxander from public interrogation from a guard. Then Inventor Guy gets kidnapped and Cep, along with Anne and Rox, and maybe a few other NPCs, go off to save Inventor Guy! And that's about it, so far. I'm having someone else hash out much of the story, right now...
As far as background, he's trained in sword fighting, artificery/mechanics, and what ever else he's had to do often enough with Inventor Guy, whom he's good friends with. Maybe more later.
