this is realy good stuff ness. the coloring here is quite sucsesfull because you made each block of color as important as your linework. the ripples fade into the water alot, the subtlety is nice but i am not shure if that was your intent because the strong linework is usualy more graphic. i like the way you activated the backround. one thing to think about would be to have the botom side of the water be larger than the top side, almost like it is a flat plain in perspective. keep playing around with compositions like this, you are getting some great stuff. keep up the good work ness.

Really awesome looking. Reminds me of Warhol, or Lichtenstein or other pop-art. Would make a really interesting post-card. Great stuff!

I agree with the others: this image is downright saccharine. ^_^ The design is awesome. It is simple, but charming, effective, and eye catching because of it. You know, lots of people think that minimalism is boring. Heavily detailed images are nice, but simple works let you view and appreciate every feature more easily. They bring more attention to themselves, in my opinion.

Every little bit of color you used is implimented perfectly, and the irregularly shaped is sweet. I like how the grass passes out of the 'blue boundary,' it's a really nice touch. The way that you used black on the creatures helps them stand out more. The little cattails in the background are really cute, too. I think this would make for a great t-shirt or souvenir design.
