Just wanted to upload this character I had gotten a long while back because I wanted to and not because of Lugia Day because I haven't heard of it before today and it most likely pertains only to 100% Lugias, unless Lugia hybrids count as well, in which case it is for Lugia Day >:C *dies forever*

Personality: Usually quiet and easygoing, but tends to get angered a bit when someone's annoying him. He is also rather secretive and doesn't like to talk about himself much.

Facts about Wakizashi:
- Has a younger brother. (Also a hybrid pokemon, will show off later)
- is an ex-assassin, but doesn't like to talk about that topic much. Same goes with his scar.
- Has much stronger psychic abilities than most Typhlosions, but has slightly weaker fire attacks.
- Doesn't have the small holes around his neck where fire spouts out like other Typhlosions have.
