abstractshadow

abstractshadow's old HQ Tonner home this afternoon.

Now to strip down and get her up to a registerable condition.

First job, get the engine running and see if the gearbox still works.

Claws crossed for a dry, sunny day tomorrow.

If the engine is too far gone....I have a Falcon that has recently rusted too badly to repair but it mounts a 302 Cleavland V8 that is a gem. the C4 Auto it has packed it in and I might be convinced to sell the engine

We know the engine runs, just haven't touched it in over 12 months.

Thanks for the offer though.

We'll probably post updates as and when stuff gets done too.

All is needs after the rebuild is 5 post bullbar, spotties, clearance lights, lots of sticks, 2 aerials and a straight through exhaust!

More likely just a simple rebuild, clean paint, maybe a hardwood tray and a 6/71 blower for kicks

You on the right track! I reckon bore out the engine to 355, chuck on a 6/71, and a 400 Turbo trans behind her with a 9" diff....

Oh yea and a nicely done hardwood tray, varnished dark and all would be awesome!
