These are great for parties or snacks and taste really yummy. They are simple and easy to make, full of flavour from the kitchens of  straycat74

On The Right: Shepard's Pie Cupcakes v1.0 regular muffin pan
On The Left: Shepard's Pie Cupcakes v2.0 GiGantic Muffin Pan!
preheat oven to 450

spray the cupcake pan with buttery non-stick spray

Make Bisquick Biscuits ( or any other kind of buicuit for that matter) recipe on the box for 9 Biscuits and used a small portion in each of the cupcake molds as a base. be sure to squish it up the sides all the way to the top, this makes the 'cup'

then added a tablespoon of browned hamburger (olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper added)

then a tablespoon of creamed corn (Mmmm... Creamed Corn), or sweet kernal corn, or any other veggie for that matter

AND a heaping table spoon of mashed potatoes (I used extra butter in my instant 'loaded' baked potato mix)

bake for 25 minutes
CAREFULLY fork out each cupcake and serve
makes 12 if you use a standard sized cupcake pan, or only 6 if you use monster jumbo sized muffin pan

ALT version: 2 Pounds of ground turkey, a full can of sweet kernal corn, two pouches of instant potatoes
