I was playing with my markers and this came out, I'm really pleased with him, considering I don't pick up much in the way of wet media.
It was a fun palette exercise: grab four markers and use them to make a Thing. I got a brown, tan, olive green and that bright red for the eyes. I added a couple of other colors for shading.
