One of the, if not the quintessential 'bada$$' of Primal. Despite his easy going outward nature and great seance of humor - with this guy the 'calm' before the storm is usually the part you have to worry about. When he gets quiet, people get terminated.

Although his preferred weapon is twin ninjato, Tempest is an expert at turning anything he gets his hands on into a deadly weapon. Yep...really....toothpicks, cottonballs, playing cards...an avocado...

Okami & Yokai Lupai's sensei (teacher) and also suspected to be related somehow through the boy's father. This guy is the main reason Okami and Yokai have the skills that make them so respected, and feared.

Tempest is a true white wolf, tip to tip. Only his nose and foot pads are not white (they are a medium Grey), and his species-family's crimson facial markings. He is not albino, but a color morph that very rarely popped up in his family line every several generations
