Now i'm thinking it too! Hm.. I would suggest atleast partially organic.. which is highly probable as a lot of stuff in HL2 seems to have Organis stuff about it.. And Doom3.. Well.. demonic/organic..
It's gotta be demon powered!

Can definitely see the influence of the Ant Lions in it, the stature and poise of the big one is there, just with all the mechanical shit you would expect it to have in Doom3 land but I really don't see much of the Star Wars influence.
