Paintchat is basically the Shi-painter or Oekakibbs java program but allows for several people to join and draw at the same time, much like oc 1.1 b68-72 can. Oc handles alittle better, but cjones is on a mac so he couldnt join, so i hosted this instead since he can run javabased programs :3
