This takes place somewhere in the later cycles of CLU's rule. One program Gig has known the grid since the reign of flynn. The hacking program, Jack of all trades whom worked for the highest bidder now an outlaw by CLU's order for the perfect system, one hackers are not to be a part of and thus was in the outlands living amonst the rubble of ISO installations. Another known as GAVDU or Grid Anti Viral Defence Utility, a former gaurdian in the grid and one of few assistants to Tron himself. He has seen it all, the systematic purge of the ISOs, the fall of Tron, Flynn's exile and the rise of CLU's rule of the grid. He has been in the resistance since then. The two meet during a scurmage in small installment where the Bostrom colonies were. GADVU had his disk sliced in half during that fight, Gig being a hacker fasioned them into a modified disk which could become blades which in turn made the disk bigger and slower but made up for it in power. They are ready for the next wave as recognizers come to capture them and send these two to the defragmentation games for CLU's ammusement and as an example to other programs....but these two are far more crafty than lead on and far more better than an average Black gaurd program.
