This started as a sketch on a white board at two in the morning.

A relatively quick concept for the little world of Ventus. These things are like the stereotypical bad-rap pit bull. They're huge, vicious, quick, and incredibly dangerous. Tall as a great dane, broad as a mastiff, release them on an empty belly with a scent, and there won't be much left of the victim to turn in for any bounty. Their use is controversial because of how dangerous they are, and the methods used to condition them, but since the military is really the only group to use them, what's stopping them?

Inspired by the Nile Crocodile, boar croc, dog croc, and the less than savory reputation some dogs can be tagged with. Don't get me wrong, I love dogs, and I have absolutely nothing against pit bulls or rotties or any other so-called "dangerous breed"....but their devote attitudes and efficient work abilities do make for some great inspiration >.>
