Doran's Cutie Mark
If I were a Little Pony, this image of the Pawprint and the Star would be my Cutie Mark. I developed the idea already here (https://www.furaffinity.net/view/5498691/) but decided to draw it in a bit more detail.
It is, of course, layered in symbolism slightly more than the average Cutie Mark one might find in Equestria. It doesn't signify a particular 'talent' so much, but touches at some important personality features of mine. It's a little deeper than just 'I like paws,' because while this is of course true, it has deeper personal meanings to me. The duality of the Pawprint and the Star touches on the duality of a phrase I picked up a little while ago to describe myself; 'head in the stars, paws on the ground.' It's a way I try to live life, letting my hopes and dreams soar as high as possible, while keeping my paws grounded solidly in what is known. Perhaps the ability to discern this balance would constitute a special talent, were I a pony.
