I've got quite a few transformation sequences from the Island of Dr. Moreau roleplay that recently closed. They are all full-color, five-part transformations from humans to animals or anthros.

Technically speaking, this was my first IoDM sequence, actually. It was created to be a sample piece for the art I did for the RP/Shop, and thus had fewer stages. Later she was given as a character to someone to further a secret plot where the character, a shy environmentalist who had been caught breaking into a Feral Labs complex to free the animals, was captured and made an experiment for a faster-acting serum. The serum, however, went awry and turned the shy girl into a ferocious, feral beast. This is a reworking of the final image - to more accurately reflect Angharad's mindset at the end of the experiment.
