I've got quite a few transformation sequences from the Island of Dr. Moreau roleplay that recently closed. They are all full-color, five-part transformations from humans to animals or anthros.

This is Jamal, JadeEye's character, an inner-city gangsta' who thought that he had found a way to avoid the police when he came to the island. While he did avoid the police, he found himself in a worse situation, and becoming a very feral white tiger.
