At last, the antagonist of Blade´s story.
Neptune is a project created by a scientist, who gave him the capability for fights, more strenght and cold. He´s considered a Hunter Project, se´s more like a pirate too, he has a floating ship as an advance technologic.
So evil, and cold, the perfect bad guy for this story.
The only thing I like is the idea of adding another fin on his head and arms to make him looks different from the other concepts of sharks that I´ve been watching.

Well, normally I saw some villians with something to smoke, and moreless they make them looks kinda cool, like L from Death Note, the thing he always do is just eating anything that has candy, that makes him looks weird but cool too. And Red from Solatorobo, he always has that bone on his mouth and with him he looks cool and kinda funny.
I just though it is. Though, I see a small contract in the ref, even though I think this mistake is normal and it will keep happening with us. If you notice, the lower sketch has the scar until the lower end of his pecs, while the colored one is almost near. I'm not sure if it is because of the small difference in the pose or what. But that is just me anyways. ^^;
