I've wanted to see a mohawk lion ever since the lion king when you see simba as a mohawked teenager for all of 2 seconds lol :I That sentence made almost no sense!

I really love his brow. I feel like the more human-like arrangement of his features is making him look a little bit like an ape of some sort. I think it's his mouth and the fact that his ears are placed in a more human-like position on his head.

I think that and raising the ear more up to the top of the head would help :) I wasn't sure if you were going for a more human-like face or not, so I didn't want to nitpick too much :P

Lion ears are a slightly different shape and more on the top :)

Aaaaaah, you are totally correct. I looked at plenty of MALE lion but not lioness pictures, which really would make more sense given how much head I am showing. :Bc Thanks for pointing that out!
