Isn't it amazing when the weather makes a convenient storm to add to the ambience of your declaration of vengeance?

Got bored and decided to make another Arthur pic. It's based off a scene from one of my favorite episodes "Love Notes for Muffy" wherein Brain decides to enact revenge on Muffy with a fake "secret admirer" letter for seemingly upshowing him (via nonscientific means) at a science fair. Of course, it begins with him yelling "Revenge!" just as lightning shows up.

The episode also featured one of the best exchanges I have ever heard in a show:

Brain: Have you ever realized how frighteningly easy it is to manipulate someone into doing whatever you want?
Arthur: Brain, you’re acting kinda weird today.
Brain: AM I? *evil laughter*

Arthur characters are harder to illustrate in Paint than they should be.
