Soft Bread Attempt #1
Using French bread dough to make soft fluffy bread is hard. o____o' I'm trying to find ways to make softer bread.Something good for everyday sandwiches. I've heard olive oil in the dough can help for tender bread? I've also heard that milk in the dough will help in tenderness and sweetness because the yeast can't process the lactose. Right now I've made a sponge using some milk, yeast, sugar, and flour and am letting it rest for a couple hours before making the dough. I'll post a picture when I'm done. =3
