Billy is a defect human from a rp me and my friend made up where after a explosion radiation caused people to give birth to defective humans that look different and are treated as lesser being's by everyone else. Billy was tested on, so he grew a tail and can climb up walls, but his eyes are overly sensative to light so it makes him blind if he's in direct light, so instead of being scared of the dark, he's scared of brightness.
