Plentiful pasta might be just the thing you were looking for. This tasty tuna treat with mouthwatering mushrooms is from the kitchens of  panosmc55

Ingredients:

1 large onion
Olive Oil
1 large can of tuna
Sliced Mushrooms
2 tablespoons of tomato paste
300ml cream
500gr. pasta (I used riggattoni)
Parsley
Parmesan Cheese for more taste

Firstly we chop the onions in small pieces and we fry them using lot of oil. Then we drain tuna and add it in the frypan and we stir. We add the sliced mushrooms and the tomato sauce and we keep on stirring. Then we add the cream and some parsley and we simmer for 10 minutes. When pasta is ready, mix it with the sauce. Serve it hot with parmesan cheese.
