Believe In Yourself, Luna!
Silly idea that had the elements focus more on self-confidence rather than friendship.
Resolve: To learn from past failures and pursue forward to find the true path
Criticism: The small voice in one's head that keeps a pony true and unrestricted.
Maturity: We value your hard work, just not often.
Creativity: With no one to impress but yourself, you got to build who you want to be.
Freedom: When you break free on the idols you held so dear, the only thing left is to fly.
Strength: No matter how great the suffering and hardships, one must endure.

I dunno about "fused from many", and where-as the Elements of Harmony are made to be wielded by one Pony each (which may explain why the Little Ponies can do more with them than the Sisters could), these would be made to be wielded by a single individual. That isn't good or evil.
I like it, both the art and the concept. (The shading is my favorite part of the art.) It'd be nice to see Luna come back as a positive character who still has ideals of her own, and having her be an advocate for freedom and individuality would be a great way to distinguish her. That kind of "Revolution" isn't an opposite to Celestia's six, just different and focused on the individual.
