It came, the changes ceased. Fur stopped growing, bones stopped thickening and reshaping. He was now a massive gorilla, with full functional opposable thumbs on his feet, and enough muscle to hurl a man through the air. He smiled as his body finished its growth.

Feeling satisfied with himself, he no longer cared about the gloves that had melded with his body, or the clothing that clung to him like a loincloth. He roared in primal rage, and began beating his chest, he’d dominated this transformation not the other way around.

Those gloves did fit him just fine, after all.
