I used to have a gamegear until it unfortunately broke many years after having it. At least it lasted a good while.

yeah i think i sold mine a long time ago, oddly enough the battery life on the game gear never bothered me, maybe cause i don't play that much but i'm willing to forgive a handheld with a short battery life as long as the batteries are easily replaceable and thats probably why i won't like the 3DS or Vita cause you can't even open it to change the battery unless you have a screwdriver or something

I always used the adapters so I never had that problem.

Yeah the master system is pretty cool

i know, too bad i never owned one but the game gear was pretty much a portable master system to a certain extent
