I spent 2 full years making sure that every piece of the wing structure and individual feathers were perfect....They open when you lift or stretch your arms out... :D

The only thing that I didn't make was the mask, and the gloves (though I painted them to match the mask.) I hand stitched and dyed the robe myself too....

I love Halloween. >:)
