Yep, I see the tiny Cherubi as the older of the two. XD This was a request made by , and the last of the Pokemon requests I had up, meaning I will probably be opening for commissions soonish if anyone is interested. I have to revise prices, though, as I will be including chibis under things I offer, as well as headshot commissions. ^^
