I should done this some time ago but here it is the update on Runnic's states.
Name: Runnic .
Animal: Hybrid, of Hedgehog and Echidna.
Age: 18.
Eye Color: Emerald Green.
Family: Father Reonic hedgehog, Mother Lilith-la Echidna.
Items: armlets with power stones in them, Black rings, The Gray World Ring on some string, soul sword' a Cruse sword.
Powers at Start of life: Non
Powers when adventures start: flying and sonic speed, thanks to the power stones.
The 2 power stones that are on his armlets focus energy around his body witch give him the power to run at Sonic Speed, and fly in the sky.
note if he does not have them he just a normal boy hybrid no powers.
Powers after half way of comics shown as plan: at the half way mark of the comics, Runnic will have the following.
Sonic Speed and flying thank to power stones, able to use magic as he learn from a witch name Pandora, some skill with his sword and some fighting style.
at the end of the comic Runnic will have: after issue 60 witch is the end of the comic, Runnic will have the following powers.
Sonic Speed, Flying no need for power stones now, Magic high spells, master Swordsmanship, Key Fighting Styles of a Ninja, power to turn Super but only using the 7 world rings all together, using the power stones energy to offer to use the rings.
Home: hill tops at the bottom in a small village that slowly growing with people who meet Runnic.
BestFriend: Sirus the Werehybrid Hedgewolf, Silver the Cyborg Wolf of the Trans-Dimensionless Ship. Doctor Kintobor.
normal Friends: Chino, Alix, Zan, Matrix, and others as well.
Girls he knows: Runnic seem to know some girls in his village now who came to see him or live there in a nice peaceful life, yet the real reason is they want to see Runnic more each day.
the girls so far in his village: Amy Mear, Letuce, Ice, Burgus, Lien-da, Shade, Celene, Pandora, Wave, Blaze, Mermar, Dagger, Seria, Dream, and others as well.
Enemies: Dark the evil clone of Runnic, Sable Rombie Wolf Tyrant, Sonia daughter of Sable, Tanya adorted daughter of Sable, Beta, adorted daughter of Sable, Dusk Hybrid Robien, Eggman nega, Cermina, Mephiles. Runellix
Will power: he will fight for his friends and love ones he will fight to protect them all as hard as he can, he will train hard to get stronger to protect everyone that he can.
hidden Darkness with in: Runnic's Very soul is the soul of a Demon, yet he has a pure heart of gold.
the reason behind this will be explain in the comic, yet for some who wish to know now to put it simple it was his father's doing a Deal with the Devil in short.
"Chaos emeralds, Sol Emeralds and the World Rings"
Sonic the hedgehog is the protector and user of the Chaos emeralds that can make wishes come true.
Blaze the cat protector of the sol emeralds and her world, the sol emeralds, are life force of worlds.
The world Rings make Dreams come true, Runnic learn his father was looking into them and Runnic adventures lead him to find all 7 and become their protector.

I tried to do this simple, my comics of Runnic is a max of 60 issues
at the start Run just a normal boy with some magic power stones, that give him flying and speed.
on his adventures up to issue 10 he learns there more things out there. when it get up to issue 30 Runnic learn he has to get stronger for all the ones he care for and love alot stronger.

*Cracks neck and knuckles* Alright I would be a fool if I didn't do this. I'm not being mean in advance but I got to give this to ya hard anyway here goes.
Runhurd..Runnic is overpowered, their is no matter that can deny this fact, you got to fix him up...alot....ALOT! Great Nix Fox pretty much said it, the way this is going, he will be come a God, and you kind of let yourself make so he will be. "no he doesn't become a god he just at the best he can be the help others. yet that has not happen yet. " By this your kind saying at one point he will be. You seriously need to rework Runnic from the ground up. For starters, stop calling him a hybrid he isn't really much of a hybrid their really isn't much defining characteristics that make him near a echidna..probable the only thing is the tail..and alot of people will miss that. Either add more of the echidna characteristics in for him, or just keep him as a hedgehog, or go with something different and outside the box as species go..also with that dude work on his design more..as much as you say he isnt like sonic..but he is, he a blue hedgehog with super sonic speed, how you made the quills and adding the bangs might be different it, it isn't all that much when alot people do it as well even the green eyes.
Next the skills and powers. Honestly you need change somethings. Flying and sonic speed. Rather then having two powers, cause the sonic speed makes more closer to sonic, you can have it where he can fly at sonic speed rather then run.....You then say later he becomes a spellcaster..If your going to do this, you should drop the flying and super speed, and keep him as a mage, he'll be able to learn spells that can speed a person up or slow a person down, and he can learn spells that can give him flight temporarily....Then you say he later learns sword skills from ninjas, you should just drop this completely, if your going to do a ninja, then make him a full ninja, if not he should have a sword master teach him that isn't a ninja, design a master that teaches him the ways of the sword. Biggest thing I really think you should drop completely is him going super, it makes him way overpowered, and it makes the other powers become pointless.
Now you say he has a demon soul and heart of gold...yeah that kind of conflict each other, but you can use the demon part to supplement the him being a mage. Also drop the curse sword, he is already cursed so the sword being a curse as well becomes pointless. You probable could use the gray world ring as the reason why he could learn mage powers and after having it with him for so long he can now use the spells without having to have it on his person.
Lastly and the you need to work on Runhurd, is the bio cause this..you have up here describes him, but it doesn't tell anything about him. What are his interest and hobbies, his likes and dislikes, his strength and weakness, what are his flaws, what is his personality like, what are his habits....Stuff you need to give to show some development in your character(s). I know you can do this Runhurd, you got to learn to give up on a few things if you want your character to develop as well as yourself as a artist and person.

He's better on in his own universe unrelated to Sonic's (yes this includes Swat Bots and other things you've included that would exist as well as the odd cross-overs with characters such as Blaze). Runnic's personality is somehow broken where if you see him in the comic he's always scared looking and this only changes when he's in a conflict but even then he just looks bored.
But anyway, I've already gone through this and more with you at least 3 times now and what MasterSkadu said pretty much sticks to the previous conversations we've had. So yeah, there's plenty of advice and critiques given to you so I guess it's just up to you on how you want people to view the character.

I've said good things about other pictures you've had, but if you really don't remember the "one in particular" that I always bring up then you haven't really be listening to anything I've talked about have you? Again you don't have to listen but I'd help in situations like this

Runnic does not need a 5 page Bio. You can have 5 pages, but then you'd be spilling everything about him that you could have shown in a comic. You should focus on one comic (or maybe 2) and stick with it. Other characters even ones that only show up for a bit have a bit more depth than Runnic does. You just rally need to figure out what is working and what isn't working and I'm pretty sure more than enough people have told you the ups and downs of the character. Heck, I have seen Runnic on "Worst Fan-Character" forums and all I can think of at those moments is "Damn...". If it helps, go through all of the comments you have in every piece of artwork you've uploaded and really take note in what people are saying both the bad and the good and find a balance that can help improve things. You did it for that one comic I liked up until page 12 and then it fell apart. I really want you to get back to that point again.
