This is the upper jaw shoing the emote servos.
Two black servo's will lip the lips up the fangs when he is snarling
The blue servo at the bottom is used to lift the nose up when he is angry of finds something distasyeful
And hidden underneath at the fron is the upper lip servo to raide the lip to simulate talking.

If I ever get around to putting a suit together, it would NEEEEEED to be something like this. All the little details that make something look so very realistic in the way it moves and reacts can spell the difference between a good suit, and something that looks truly ALIVE!
When it's impossible to IGNORE That you're looking at a costume, then it really isn't that great, is it? THIS could be something that is the extreme opposite! Looking forward to seeing the final results!
There's another option you might consider.. instead of fitting the suit to YOU, try fitting yourself to the suit; might wanna give a try simulating what it would be like if you had to talk with teeth/tongue/structure like that. Certain sounds would be different or impossible, so what could a thinking, verbally-communicating creature do to bypass those sounds?
Just a thought.

Hi ACe
As a writer I often 'World Built' which is exactly working on those issues. And part of creating realistic animatronics is to reverse engineer from the biological back to the mechanical.
I've actually cone quite a bit further on from the picture above if you look in my gallery.
Also there is more at my website
