Halloween is my favorite holiday. I don't believe in ghosts or anything supernatural like that, but I love the way people are willing to confront death in a playful way and I love the traditions and treats, the time of year (autumn is the best!) and of course the costumes and parties.
This soap is one of a few varieties that I will be posting to celebrate my love of the time of year. These would make excellent Halloween party favors, mini gifts (request if you'd like them individually wrapped!), or just a nice little gift for yourself. ;D
They smell like a mix of Indonesian teakwood and nag champa -- a delightfully dark and mystic fragrance combination that recalls haunted houses and abandoned cemeteries.
(Actually, it kind of smells like an overcompensating goth kid, BUT I SORT OF LIKE THAT.)

I'm really glad adults have costume parties for halloween, too. Not just kids. Because I'd still like to make my own costumes but I don't think I'll be doing anything this year because I have nowhere to go/don't know anyone. I will have to wait for future 'weens.

cute! I have always loved the whole heir of halloween. like nightmare before christmas. that is one of the only movies I can put on at any time EVER and just be at ease in the essence of it ^^ I love dark things that are whimsical as well. I love the crisp feeling of fall. the colors. I have an odd affinity to pumpkins<3 I have just always loved it all SO Much. not just like punk kids, but every essence of the time and theme. I don't know what it is about it exactly???
btw if you like the lighthearted death theme then you have to know about Day of the Dead right? :) it's in november I believe like nov 3rd or something like that??? idk haha but it is great!
