yep, hit the driver side corner of my bed, had a broken tail light a foot long paint streak and a small dent on my bumper, she was in a chevy blazer and had bumper to bumper scrapes and a broken headlight, lol. i had like nothing. i was so pissed.

That crash looks bad, and I hope that your head is doing all right. Especially with your truck's back window being smashing out like that from the force of your hitting it I hope that you went for some sort of scan (CatScan, MRI, etc) to ensure that you have not suffered any internal injuries.

I am glad that you made it out of that crash all right and that nothing bigger than that Chevrolet Malibu had hit you.

Assuming you had a head injury I am shocked that a MRI or a Cat Scan was not done on you. I would definitely follow up with your primary care physician and let him/her know about your accident and see if getting such a scan is clinically indicated. Especially with the accident being no fault of yours there is no question that Atlantic should pay for any and all reasonable tests and follow up care. The advantage of those scans are they can ensure nothing is wrong because a radiologist will go through your results. Just make sure you don't pay for any of that and that Atlantic picks up the tab.

Actually, it's because the truck bed was shoved upwards and forwards. That's what broke the window.

Car windows do not break when hit straight on or in the middle, by design. But if you smack them with a hammer right on the edge of the glass, like around the frame, they will shatter instantly. He was just exaggerating the story.
