On a side note, I just noticed that your truck does not have head rests. I confess that I have not paid close attention to GM trucks recently, but didn't your generation Sierra have headrests, or did you customize your interior?

I see what you mean about the seats, and I am guessing your truck must have been made before head restraints became mandatory.
I would definitely inquire about getting a Cat Scan or a MRI done at the other party's expense because for your not being able to feel your legs and having such a major impact to your head and upper spine you need to make sure everything is all right there.
