The art is really brilliant. But what more interest me is: Why are you so small right now?

I feel kinda inadequate... Like despite my best efforts the things I do are not enough and I will always remain a great mediocrity in most aspects of life. I don't want to be famous or important, but I'd like a job, some financial security and acceptance in my life. But I'm not sure if I have what it takes to survive in the working world.

*scratches head* Oh well. This is just something I've been worrying about since high school. It's so hard to get by when you don't know the right people.

Finding job is easy. Finding one what fits into your exceptions that is hard. You will stand your place at the working word for sure.
Mediocre your art are sure not mediocre. So you got one thing now what you ca do great. I mean look at me I'm 22 years old collage student. My grades places me into the best 10 student of my year. But that's all. I'm not happier or wealthier cuz of that. So mediocrity isn't such a bad thing at all.

It's a good thing to focus your attention on when you're feeling depressed. Everyone needs to feel safe, and drawing a scene of someone being protected can help bring about those feelings in real life while the work is in progress. Either that, or make you feel even more vulnerable >.>

The picture itself is, as always, stuningly beautiful. I'll never get over how you're able to have such smooth transitional blends between the colors, and yet have everything so crisp at the same time. That's my favorite thing about your art. Every single piece is good enough to be a poster.

On a side note, do you need a shoulder, honey?

And I happily eat your artwork with my eyes. But I can only seldom express my thoughts in a way that would give justice to the pictures.

I experience the same lack of words when it comes to my own feelings and I don't always know what's going on inside my head. But the bad feelings always go away eventually. Your shoulder made me feel better as well. =)

I'm stuck and there's nothing I can do about it, thanks to depression causing my lazyness and all that general shit.
I know what you mean about that not being able to concentrate...*is at the moment doing something else that should and not concentrating into what should* XD

Don't worry, I know how that is... I ought to be concentrating on my master's thesis, but instead I'm doing all kinds of other things.

I can't but wonder why is it that when one has something must-be-done the progress is somewhat slow and so-so ^^'

Gorgeous work, I really love the comination of the humongous, powerful snarling tiger and the humble, frightened girl. I think anyone would feel protected with this guy as a guardian. Beautiful detail on both of them!
