Delved into electronics a bit and backlit the eyes with LEDs. I also wired up a computer fan to cool me off. The teeth also glow in the dark, but I didn't have the light on them long enough to show in this pic.

Finally figured out how to hold this thing on (yes, I know that's bass-ackwards) as this is actually going to sit on top of my head. I bought a hardhat with an adjustable knob in the back that ratchets the strap down tight. The harness/strap thingy comes out, so I riveted it into the head. Now with a little counter weight (a la the battery pack), it should sit secure enough to be able to move the jaw without tipping the whole thing forward (it's really front heavy with all the silicone).

I have a medical rubber pump bulb coming in soon that will allow me to squeeze drool down into the mouth. Fake drool, of course. Eww.
