Artist's Note: I bet many of you saying, why does she has an extra pair of arms coming out of her head. Well, first of all I was inspired to draw this girl by a Vocaloid song by the Dark Wood Circus. A song that I love and think its very beautiful but its a sad song. It seems no matter how many times I hear the song, I can't help but cry. *mews softly* Due to the context of the song, I wanted to show that elegance and beauty can come to those who have "certain" talents or less. Also, this was during the time I was still developing the RE rp with my  CatFreak so I was in the mood for something that is considered to be "Strange". Anyway, I love how my dear Lila-Ann turned out.

Bio: She was one of the girls that introduced the S.T.A.R.S into the moondagger empire. She is what the humans would call her "Deformed." But to her fellow sisters, she isn't considered extrememly. All moondaggers have talents and used to their best ability for the good of the family. She is the happy-go-lucky out of the crew of her family, and tries to express the importance of feminity power in this amazonian empire. She becomes fast friends with Rebecca Chambers and admires Jill Valentine's strength. She has little crush on Chris Redfield and at times clashes with his young sister. But overall, she tries not to let negative vibes get to her. Her favorite line seems to be " Nothing that a few acrobatics can't cure."
