U.R.D LORE BIBLE 6.5 (cleaned up edit)

I updated the lore with a couple of new things and making some grammar and puctuation edits. second edit now has proper spacing and page placement for new sections and a fixed Table of Contents along with other small fixes. this document is a continuous work in progress.
one of the "biggest" edits to this document is the "note on use of AI" section. i wanted to expand more on HOW ive used ai to assist me in the creation and formatting and structuring of this document and what rules and restrictions ive given the ai in its involvement, since people are very sensitive about regenerative ai and ai-assistance in general when it comes to any sort of creative works.
so youll have a whole "foreword" section where i added the exact function and restrictions of the ai's operation. but in short terms, it doesnt come up with lore for me, i give it lore blurbs that it then reformats to readable text and then i go through section by section with the ai to fix spacing, formatting and certain wording. if there is any worry that i have just asked an ai to come up with a science fiction culture for me then those worries should be put to rest
otherwise ive added some more cultural sections and some 'sslang' sections in the cultural and cultural language sections.
