As Spidey says in his comment, this drawing is just for fun (and it was very much a surprise!)
BUT...
I know that Vera would wear something like this if she was so inclined.
She'd go to Marron and ask her where she could get a uniform made like that.
Then she'd tease the hell out of Leonard Mack with it, like she's probably doing in the picture right now! ;)
