Go give him some love! He's nice enough to draw these wonderful pictures for me! :)
The Williamsburg Minutemen, for all or parts of 10 seasons, had these three furs manning the floor for them. Wearing the red, white, and blue, the three players dished out the assists, scored the ponts and pulled down the rebounds. Their numbers now hang from the Patroit Stadium rafters as a testament to their excellence for the team. The furs who visit the FBA Hall of Fame can marvel at the accomplishments of the three players as well.
From left to right:
#12 Stan Shields (Grey Wolf, PG, 1985-2003)
#8 Jake Masters (Orange Tabby Cat, SG, 1983-2003)
#45 William Butenschen (Jaguar, C, 1984-96)
The picture (pictures?) here was taken in 1994, when the three were at the peak of their careers. Stan was one of the best point guards in the game, Jake won his second FBA Most Valuable Player Award and William won his fourth Defensive Player of the Year award.
