It's an Ood, that rhymes with rude and dude! I'd intended for him to be dancing, but he looks looming, shouldn't have given him satan eyes...The Ood are an alien race from the newer Doctor Who seasons. His translation Sphere has a paper umbrella in it, maybe some Gin on the rocks too;p Drawn with  Xandercoon before his half of OC crash, he drew an adorable Bunnie thing.
