She fought it, let it sink in, until is glazed over...

Yenn walked from her bathroom in her cramped apartment back to her bedroom, After getting into her bra and panties and putting all her piercings in, she ran her hand through her thick mane. It was growing faster and more unruly each day and no matter her efforts she couldn't get it to look right.

Now normally this wouldn't be an issue for the young hyena. She worked in an adult novelty shop and embraced the punky-counter-culture look. Wild and unruly hair just came with the territory. It only became a concern due to a somewhat recent encounter.

He didn't take it that way.

Instead he recoiled like she just insulted his entire bloodline and got out of her way, leaving Yenn feeling like she was floating alone in the cold dark void of space. The moment lived on in her memory as the most embarrassing moment in her life and it would've remained a memory if it weren't more a recent discovery...
